Damages & Shortages
Any product shortage or shipping errors must be reported to our Customer Service Department at orders@gdimed.com within 48 hours from receipt of the order, or GDI Medical shall have no obligation to process credit or arrange for product replacement.

Products Shipped in Error
Customer must notify GDI Medical of any shipping errors or disputes within two (2) business days of receipt. Products shipped in error are returnable for full credit, as long as the return is made within thirty (30) days of receipt.
